This is all about actually making movement happen - no excuses. It's about finding ways you CAN fit movement into your life, instead of coming up all the reason why you can't. There will always be road blocks - we have to learn how to navigate around them.

So why not grab your September Movement Challenge calendar (click button below, or printed copies in the studio) and every day write down what movement you've done. Everything matters - walk, swim, weights session, yoga, bike ride.

 

What would be an ideal week?

2 x strength sessions

1 x stretch (like yoga)

30 mins of cardio movement a day - walk, swim, bike ride. Something that gets your puffing a bit.
