Boutique Gym

Our boutique gym has everything you need for a full cardio and strength workout - treadmill, rower, cross trainer, bike, free weights & benches, squat rack, cable machine, Swiss ball, bands.
Weekly gym memberships from $25/wk - including full use of gym.
Joining fee $39 which includes 30mins assessment and gym tour to help you get the most out of your training.
NEW - Monthly 80's Aerobics

Our latest offering - a monthly 80's aerobics class.
Grab your leg warmers, bright eyeshadow, sweatband, leotards. This is the kind of exercise you remember doing in your teens, and 20's.
This is FUN & FITNESS together.
We have such a good time - getting fit, moving, laughing, connecting.
The 2nd Friday of every month - 5.30-6.30pm.
Spaces are limited, so remember to book in.

Our personal trainer Bekki is here to help you on your fitness journey. She can tailor a workout just for you, and help you to stay motivated & achieve those goals.
Personal Training starts at $75/hr.
There are different options available - training with a friend? Just need 1/2hr?

Yoga

Bekki is a qualified yoga teacher with experience teaching various styles of yoga. She injects her own flair into classes, making them more suitable to our modern lives & what our bodies need.
Hatha Yoga - a slower paced class with more focus on holding poses and breathing through them.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing class where we move with our breath. It's more dynamic than Hatha, but still suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga is a slower paced stretching class, focusing on the deeper tissues of the body. This class can help release fascia, improve joint mobility and create a deep sense of calm & relaxation.
MELT method with Wendy

Learn how to identify where you have stuck stressing your body; improve your body sense & notice changes as your body effortlessly finds greater alignment & balance; activate your own core strength & stability; use the MELT method balls and rollers for a a unique self-treatment; safely and effectively decompress your own neck & lower back.

Breathwork Journey with Jordan

A fortnightly breathwork journey with Jordan.
In our sessions we will begin with an introduction to the space, the journey and diaphragmatic breathing.
Our breath sequence consists of 6 rounds of breathing, each followed by an extended breath hold.
These techniques stir up what's alive within you; bringing the heart & brain coherence as you breathe through the process.
We close with a short visualisation journey for you to receive any further guidance before returning to full awareness.
Leaving the session empowered with greater clarity, peace & self-awareness.

HIIT Small Group Training

HIIT - or High Intensity Interval Training is a type of physical training that involves bursts of high-intensity
work (intervals) with periods of low intensity work.
You will experience an intense aerobic workout, challenging your cardio system as well as your mental endurance. A great compliment to strength training, a HIIT workout will not only improve your heart health but it will make you feel AMAZING.
Yin Yang Yoga

A beautiful yoga class combing a dynamic warm up, moving into strength based postures for building heat in the body. Before moving into some deeper yin style movements for introspection and relaxation before settling into savasana.
A perfect way to start the weekend.
