Roasted cauliflower & chickpeas

If not, here's a quick, simple, cheap, nutritious and delicious idea. What's not to love about that?

I served it on a bed of stirred onion and silverbeet - was yum.

One of our lovely members gave me a HUGE bunch of silverbeet and some parsley too - hence the sprinkling on top of the dressing. Thanks you Tania

I have adapted this from a couple of places - a recipe in a magazine from a few years ago, and Chelsea Winter's book Tasty. Chelsea makes her own curry paste from a list of 14 ingredients, hence my modified version! Which is cheap, quick, and easy.
