Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS You can cancel individual class sign ups and retain credit for the class if you cancel the class 12 hours or more before the scheduled start time. Any classes cancelled after this will be deducted from the class pass or Membership. No refund is possible. If you cancel more than 12 hours before the class start time you will be able to use class pass credit for a future booking. We are unable to offer refunds for Workshop or Special Event bookings. However, if you give us more than 5 days notice you can use the workshop credit against another workshop or special event. This is at the discretion of the management. After this time, no credit will be offered. CLASS PASSES Our 10 Class Pass is valid for 3 months from the day of purchase. Class Passes are non-refundable, but you can use your pass to book a friend or family member. It is valid for all classes on the timetable, but not valid for workshops or special events (which can be booked separately). Upon request, extensions may be applied for special circumstances or medical reasons. This is at the discretion of the management. Please note we are unable to refund your class pass. PLEASE NOTE - MEMBERSHIPS AND CLASSES PASSES CANNOT BE USED FOR BREATHWORK JOURNEY OR MELT METHOD. PLEASE BOOK DIRECT WITH THE INSTRUCTOR.
